GOLD CATEGORY | PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

The different professionals, who already participated in World Padel tour competition or previous Padel IN Gold category or won the Category A in previous Padel IN tournament.

CATEGORY A | ADVANCED LEVEL

From this point, we can already talk about experienced players who are very reliable in most of the so-called basic hits (right, backhand, both volleys, serves, rest and balloons) and who are developing blows such as the descent of wall on both sides and the tray. The air play ceases to be a problem because the shots begin to come out with the right power and direction. One of the most common causes of loss of points is the lack of patience and the bad reading of the wall rebounds that enter the other way round.

• Right: Very reliable. Use speed, control and variety of strokes with depth.
• Reverse: You can control direction and depth but suffers when defending difficult shots.
• Take out and rest: Take out with placement and control, committing few double faults.
• Use power and cut balls.

 CATEGORY B | HIGH INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

 CATEGORY C | INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

In this group could be included all those players who avoid going to the network because they feel more secure in the back of the track. They still have trouble returning the ball after the rebound in the wall. The ball speed has improved and, although it is about 'avoiding' the backhand, it does try to execute it from time to time. Although the network continues to command a lot of respect, it begins to go to it more frequently. In this phase some rebounds on the wall begin to be returned with ease, new blows such as balloons and finishes are sought.

CATEGORY D | INITIATION LEVEL

For people who have just started playing Padel. Fans with very little experience, whose level is limited to trying to keep the ball in play.

Padel IN is the sole owner of the collected personal details provided by you.

You also agree that Padel IN may implement an automatic tracking process (cookie) gathering anonymous information, such as browser type, operating systems and the date and time of access when you use the Site to help improve the content of the Site, to customize the Site for our visitors and to learn more about them and how they use the Site. You may block cookies by changing your browser settings.

Padel IN commits to collect and process of your personal data always in a transparent, lawful and proportional manner.

2. Right of access and Consent

At all time, you may request access to your personal data and to request a correction of any erroneous or incomplete data about you by contacting PADEL IN at the following address: info@thepadelin.com. It is your responsibility to verify that your personal data are accurate and updated.

In case, you notice that some of your personal data are inaccurate or obsolete, it is your responsibility to notify Padel IN. The same goes if you wish to withdraw your consent. It is your responsibility to contact Padel IN.

 

3. Photo Release

I grant Releasees full permission to use images, recordings or any other record of me while participating in the Program in any medium and use, reproduce, modify, distribute and publicly exhibit such recordings, in whole or in part, without restrictions for any purpose the Program deems appropriate unless a request is submitted to Releasees prior to the Program start date. I agree that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary.

 

4. Purpose of the collect and processing of personal data

Padel IN collects and processes your personal data solely for the following purposes:

Participation in the challenges and competitions organized by Padel IN on the Site

Registration for the use of the Site

Maintenance and development of the Site

Compilation of statistics in order to improve the quality of the services offered to users.

Your personal details will be not be given or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal details may be only disclosed for purposes and in situations specifically required by law.

 5. Hosting and transfer of your personal data

Padel IN is based in Qatar and all personal data you submit to Padel IN will be hosted in that State. As a matter of principle, Padel IN will never transmit your personal data to third parties without your prior consent.

Padel IN activities are international and by registering with Padel IN, you acknowledge and agree to accept that Padel IN may transmit your personal data to other entities of Padel IN, or its subcontractors, including outside Qatar, if Padel IN deems it necessary for the purposes mentioned in Section 3. We will ensure that the receiving entity has agreed to keep your data confidential and secure, outside of your country of residence. If the level of privacy protection in a country does not comply with internationally recognized standards, we will ensure that data transfers to databases in that country are equally protected and that a transfer of data to third parties in such countries does not occur. Padel IN reserves the right to release your personal data if Padel IN is required under law to do so, or in the good-faith believes that such release is necessary to comply with applicable legislation.

6.    Data security

Padel IN is committed to ensuring the best possible level of security of your personal data, and will take adequate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against the risks of damage, destruction, loss or unauthorized access.

All personal information provided by you will be held strictly confidential.

7.    Data retention

FIPA will retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set forth under Section 3 above. Please note that data may be kept for a longer period of time exclusively for mere statistical purposes and FIPA shall use anonymous data wherever possible.

8.   Spamming

Padel IN will not engage in spamming and will not authorize the use of your personal information for commercial or advertising purposes by third parties, except with your express consent. Where we believe that certain information about Padel IN activities is of importance to you, we inform you by e-mail whilst giving you the choice of opting out of such service.

9.   Amendment of this Privacy Policy

Padel IN reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in the present Privacy policy, at any time and in its sole discretion. When we make changes, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the Site Terms. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
